Chat & Messaging
Chat channels, private messages, mail, ignoring players, and the color and formatting codes you can use in chat.
Terra Nova’s chat is split into channels, so the whole realm doesn’t hear your market haggling. Global chat is also bridged to Discord through DiscordSRV, so you can talk to players who are not online.
Channels

/ch <channel>switches your focus, so every message you type goes to that channel./g <message>sends a single message to a channel without switching to it.
Private messages

Mail reaches players even when they are offline.

Ignoring players

If someone is harassing you, ignoring them is a start, but please also report it with a Discord ticket.
Colors and formatting
Add color and style to your messages with & codes. For example, &6Gold &lbold shows gold text with bold text after it.

Chat reporting
The server runs NoChatReports, so chat messages are not signed or reportable to Mojang. Report problems to our staff through a Discord ticket instead.
